I spent one winter in Ashland, Wisconsin; right on the shore of Lake Superior. It was cold.
Strangely enough, the cold there bothered me far less than it does in my native Cleveland. I think that’s because the cold in Ashland was inescapable. The temperature wasn’t all over the place like in Cleveland, so my body was able to adjust. There was also no point in complaining, because the weather wasn’t about to change anytime soon.
what beautiful a sky!
